Viticulture Vineyards are farmed using organic methods.
Vinification All grape varieties are foot stomped together and co-fermented whole cluster with tapering punchdowns. Semi-carbonic maceration is employed. The grapes are pressed at dryness to neutral oak barrel for 10-month élevage.
Aging Aged in barrel for 10 months.
