Vintage 2019 Bottle Sizes 750ml Country United States Region California Wine Type Red - Still Varietals Trousseau Noir, Poulsard, Gamay, Valdiguié Farming Organic practicing Vineyard A blend of different “risk-taking” vineyards from all around Northern California. “Likely the most ‘Outré Vin’ in the lineup, a vinous Californian pastiche inspired by our reverence of the wines of the French Alps” -Scott Schultz Viticulture Vineyards are farmed using organic methods. Vinification All grape varieties are foot stomped together and co-fermented whole cluster with tapering punchdowns. Semi-carbonic maceration is employed. The grapes are pressed at dryness to neutral oak barrel for 10-month élevage. Aging Aged in barrel for 10 months.
