Vineyard Vineyard yields 30hl/ ha.
Soil White clay, schist, sand stone.
Viticulture Vineyards are farmed using organic methods and goblet pruning.
Vinification 3 day cold maceration at 7 degree celcius followed by 24 day carbonic maceration with native yeast and without SO2 in tank at 17 degree celcius for 17-20 days.
Aging Aged for 7 months in a combination of barrique and demi-muids.
Production 5,000 bottles produced.
