Aging Aged approximately 6 months in french oak barrel. Production 232 cases. Notes "The grapes for this wine are harvested from one of the famous Chardonnay vineyards of California, planted by Larry Hyde in Carneros in 1979. The entire estate is an expanse of rolling hills with southeast exposure. The parcel of Musque clone of Chardonnay that make up this bottling were planted in 1992. The wine is fermented and aged in French oak, then bottled as this single vineyard wine. A portion of the Hyde Chardonnay is set aside each year to blend into our white wine, Annia." - Dan Petroski Back to Current Releases
