Wilde Farm's 2015 Syrah Jemrose Vineyard Cardiac Hill is a very pretty wine. The addition of co-fermented Viognier and the whole clusters give the wine its distinctive savory, layered personality. Soft and open-knit, with plenty of early appeal, the 2015 is an impeccably balanced wine to drink now and over the next few years. Bright, red-toned fruit and floral overtones reappear on the finish.
