The parcel is 55 years old and has been planted with a density of 10,000 vines per hectare. Beaujolais villages Château de Thulon is Domaine Jean-Marc Burgaud's monopole. Soil Sandy topsoil over granite. Viticulture Vineyards are farmed using organic principles. “Gobelet” pruning method is used. The grapes are sorted by hand on the vine. Vinification Jean-Marc treats his Beaujolais-Villages with the same care as the cru wines. Whole berry, semi-carbonic, maceration for 7 days. Aging Aged in concrete tank for 6 months.
