Domaine de Vaccelli Vintage 2017 Bottle Sizes 750ml, 1.5L Country France Region Corsica Appellation Ajaccio Wine Type White - Still Varietals Vermentinu Farming Organic Soil Granite, Quartz, Limestone. Viticulture Vineyards are farmed using organic principles. All vineyard work is done by hand. Vines are planted at a density of 3,333 to 4,202 plants/ ha. Vinification Fermentations occurs in stainless steel (inox) tanks with native yeasts. Aging Aged for 11 months on its fine lees in 600L demi-muids. The wine is racked back to inox tank for one month before bottling. Notes With his extremely small yields in 2017, Gérard, after vinifying them separately, decided to blend Vaccelli, Granit and Quartz blancs together because they married well. Back to Current Releases
