Mathias, Viktoria, and Leonhard are not only siblings but operate all parts of their family’s winery. Their vineyards are located in Weinviertel, are all certified organic and biodynamic practices are incorporated in a full attempt to continue to regenerate the lands to its full potential. As the oldest, Mathias takes the lead in winemaking with a light hand and minimal intervention in the cellar. Once harvested at full ripeness, the grapes are destemmed, gently pressed and all fermentations takes place spontaneously. Wines are aged in or in a combination of stainless steel tanks, neutral oak barrels and founders.
