Limpid violet. Pungent, oak-spiced red and blue fruit and floral scents are lifted by a smoky mineral note and a hint of white pepper. Palate-staining black raspberry, boysenberry and cola flavors show excellent clarity and back-end thrust. Finishes sappy, sweet and impressively long, featuring subtle vanilla and floral pastille notes.
